The tread surface of the chain rail links undergoes continuous induction hardening and tempering, ensuring uniform depth of the hardened layer and consistent surface hardness.
The pin bushings are treated with induction hardening on both the inner and outer surfaces to enhance surface wear resistance and impact toughness of the core.
